WARRANTY!
All our products include a 30 day warranty on parts. All items are brand new and have been inspected prior to leaving the factory.
If the item arrives damaged or is missing a part, let us know promptly and we will assist you. You must notify us within 24 hours
of delivery. UPS confirms to us via email the delivery day and time. We have a large assortment of replacement parts and can send
if needed. If we do not have a formal notification within 24 hours of delivery you will need to purchase replacements parts.
Please do not return the item (refunds are not allowed). If a customer returns the item, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for
returning the item and to pay to reship the item back to them.
If damage is caused by UPS or other shipper a claim must be processed immediately for the shipping insurance to cover the loss.
We will help you out with the claim. If you use the item in anyway, it will not be covered by insurance.
You must keep the box and all packing material. Send us an email within 24 hours including a description of the damage and
digital photos of the item and the box. UPS typically takes 15 - 45 days to approve claims. Please remember that shipping costs for
exchanged items are not refundable and are the buyer's responsibility.
